- How much does it cost to become a member of SubscriptionData.com ?
- Becoming a member is Free. The only requirements for membership are :
- You must agree to our Terms and Conditions which will be presented to you during the membership signup process.
- Entry of brief details about yourself on our registration form.
- How long does my membership last?
- Your membership lasts indefinitely, however Susbscription Data Pty Ltd may remove accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period.
- What happens if I let my subscription expire?
- You will not receive any data until you re-subscribe, their are no penalties or extra charges applied.
- How do I pay for subscriptions ?
- Our prefered method of payment is by online credit card transaction with ANZ eGate® .

With the ANZ eGate® Secure Payment System the ANZ bank takes your credit card details directly with all
of the security that the ANZ can give you.
We do of course accept payment by direct deposit either at the bank or by online banking and cheque, just contact our support team if you want to pay by one of these methods.
- Can I get a refund ?
- Due to the nature of our products we are not always able to give refunds. Call our support team if a refund is required and they will be happy to assist you.
- Do I receive a receipt for my payment ?
- A Tax invoice will be issued to you at the completion of a successful transaction. You have unlimited access to all of your Tax Invoices in the members area.
- Can I get support if I need it ?
- Yes, you can contact our support team by Phone, Fax or email for any problems relating to our website, the Captive Data Bettordata Engine or if you think there is a problem with the data you are receiving.
We do not support 3rd party applications that make use of our data streams, you will need to contact the product vendor for support.
